A Decent Stay Overall

The hotel had a central location. It was quite convenient for accessing local shops. I appreciated that they booked taxis for us, very helpful. The breakfast was nice, with pastries and hot drinks.

The plumbing in the bathroom was not good. The toilet didn't flush properly. The flushing button was broken. The shower also had issues. The head fell off when the shower was on, and the taps were old and rusty.

the breakfast was nice and provided a good start to my day. i liked to relax by the pool with complimentary service. the staff were humble people.

there were no english programmes available on the television. the hotel seemed to be a far away from the medina and souks. this meant i had to use taxis to get around.

The location was quite convenient. Taxis were accessible right outside. Breakfast included delicious Moroccan pancakes and fresh orange juice. My room was cleaned daily. I received fresh towels each day.

The telephone in my room was broken. I also noted the absence of coffee or tea-making facilities.
